• Singer, songwriter, storyteller, and children’s performer Stuart Stotts will perform Saturday, Jan. 10, 11 a.m. & 1 p.m. as part of the free Kids in the Crossroads performances.

• Andy Martello, former juggler for the world-famous Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, will perform Saturday, Jan. 17, 11 a.m. & 1 p.m. as part of the free Kids in the Crossroads performances.

• Grammy-winning fiddler Mark O’Conner will join the Madison Symphony Orchestra (MSO) to play a uniquely folk-inspired program of celebrated American songs and original works Saturday, Jan. 17, 8 p.m. and Sunday, Jan. 18, 2:30 p.m. in the Oscar Mayer Theatre.   • “Mercy of a Storm”

  • Mother Fool’s

Mother Fool's Coffeehouse, 1101 Williamson St., will feature artist David Yorde’s collages in a variety of media Jan. 6-31. Mother Fool's will also feature  the creative music ensemble Tomato Box Friday, Jan. 9 and MiLkBabY w/Stephanie Rearick Saturday, Jan. 10.   • “Glengary Glen Ross”

“Glengary Glen Ross,” a comic drama directed by Carl Cawthorne, will play at the Bartell Theatre, 113 E. Mifflin St., Jan. 8-31 on the Evjue Stage. Tickets are $15. For more information, call 238-8183.

  • Tres Reyes Magos

Centro Hispano invites you to have breakfast with the Tres Reyes Magos Saturday, Jan. 10, 9 a.m.-noon at the Boys and Girls Club, 2001 Taft St. (behind Walgreens on South Park Street). This event is only for children under 10 and their parents. $1 donation for adults. Breakfast will be sponsored by McDonald's.

• Hora de Cuentos Bilingues (Bilingual Family Storytime). Reading children’s books in English and Spanish, Ellie Rogers uses puppets and props to actively involve the children in both fun and learning. For children ages 4-9 and their families.   • Showtime at the Apollo seeks stars

Showtime at the Apollo on Tour will come to Madison in January 2004 as part of a national Apollo search for a new generation of stars and legends.   • Juggling

The 47th annual Madfest Juggling Extravaganza will take place Saturday, Jan. 17, 7 p.m. at the Wisconsin Union Theater in the Memorial Union and will feature a diverse lineup of local and international artists.
